Pawpaw Picking

This beer started out as a wine grape DIPA, before getting funky (but not sour) with Brettanomyces. Then we infused it with locally foraged pawpaws (thanks Devin!), a Mid-Atlantic fruit that tastes like a combination of banana pudding and mangoes!
