This month we’re showcasing the innovation and creativity of Okuora Farms - the 700ha farm on the banks of the Hurunui River, North Canterbury, is the only commercial grower of hops in Canterbury.The hops used in this NZ IPA are Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Nectaron - all from Okuora Farms’ Bold River Hops. A classic winey, tropical and ripe fruit aroma from these hops with a rich flavour and firm bitterness.
