Boysenberries Are Blue

Описание

Oaked Sour Ale with Boysenberries and Sea SaltPresenting Boysenberries Are Blue, a new oaked sour ale with boysenberries and sea salt. Throughout fermentation, oak cubes and boysenberries coalesce, leading to fragrant notes of sweet berry and gentle oak interlaced with the tartness of boysenberries. Subtle undertones of oak accentuate the berry’s brightness, while a hint of sea salt provides a balance to each sip.
