Scultura is a French Saison aged in Pinot Noir barrels with multiple Brettanomyces strains. It refermented on Texas Riesling pressed grape juice for 3 months before bottling.This beer-wine hybrid is spritzy, super dry, and absolutely effervescent. It's a light, gentle beer white grape aroma. The Brett makes the aroma more complex and balances beautifully with the juiciness of the fruit. It has subtle barrel character and allows the wine characteristics to dominate.Despite being the driest beer that we have ever produced, it is perceived juicy and envelops your palate with full flavor.
