Cold Brew Coffee IPA made with a single origine coffee from Ethiopia roasted by Kaito in Hudson. The coffee has notes of Raspberry, melon, and jasmin. Hops were selected to accentuate the flavor profile of the coffee: Belma, Mosaic, Citra, Cascade, Bravo, centennial. Malt bill: Pale ale, pilsner, munich, Cara 40, and carafoam. English Yeast.
