La Grezza, our Italian style dry-hopped pilsner, is the house beer of Grezzo. Grezzo changes their menus fairly often and to reflect this, we change the Grezza recipe as well. It is always single malt and single hop, but never tastes as simple as the recipes are.Our newest addition to the Grezza portfolio, is Hallertau Blan: A hop grown in Germany exhibiting some noticably similar aroma and flavor to Sauvignon Blanc. Expect aromas of green grass, subtle gooseberry flavor, and a pleasing grapefruit finish. Goes excellently with food, or as an aperitif on its own.
