This barleywine is a collaborationwith our good friends from Kaapse Brouwers in Rotterdam. A malty, strong brew with notes of caramel,dried fruit, molasses and sherry.This beer is excellent for aging.Stick a few bottles in yourcellar, keep them upright, dark and cool, and let it improve with the years. Best enjoyed between 14–16°C with a good vinyl record when the nights are long and the air is cold.
