Sterk Wit (Bottle Conditioned)

When we released Sterk Wit in the spring of 2019 we held back 7 barrels. We then added Brettanomyces and bottle conditioned over the summer. The resulting beer is refreshing, with a rustic Brett character and a touch of bright acidity.
