Yuzuka emits distinctive citrusy aroma of Japanese yuzu, oscillating between grapefruit and green mandarin, with elegant overtones of bergamot and lime. Our yuzu sour is slightly tart with understated yet charming zesty bitterness, together with faint white cracker background and dry finish.
