Dark Mild

Historically, Mild Ales were created and named to distinguish between aged and unaged beers. Using the more modern definition, the term “mild” refers to a lower ABV ale that features a less prominent hop presence than English Bitters. This version is in the darker tradition, using more roasty malts to bring forward notes of fruit cake, caramel sweetness, and brown bread.
