Bierwolf is our marzen/Oktoberfest style lager perfect for the colder evenings while still serving as a lager. Clean crisp and refreshing while hold up against the cold with its rich malty backbone and bright noble hop characters. Fermented with a classic Munich lager yeast and cold-matured for 45 days. Expect bready, toast like characters with slight dried fruit and chocolate notes from specialty grains.
