It's always fun watching a NEIPA roll off the line. We've played in this space before, but not nearly enough. So, let's get cracking...An unsung hero of the style, malt contributes plenty here. Mellow body, sunny hues, and needed residual sweetness to offset the hops.Today, that's a harmonious blend of Citra, Riwaka, and a yet-to-be-released strain out of Clayton, NZ. The combo is wonderfully phat.You'll score tropical fruit and rock candy from the tin. There's banana sponge and sage there, too.Can't beat the mouthfeel, like slipping into a body temperature spa - only this time with dollops of peach and honeyed cream.
