Inspired by the humble Australian ANZAC cookie. Nose is loaded with coconut and maple notes, pretty much smells like an Anzac biscuit with more coconut and light syrupy sweetness. The taste is a blend of coconut, biscuit, golden syrup, honey, oats and raisin sweetness.
