Liquid Poem Double IPA

Описание

Hops, used artfully, can be a lyricaljourney for the palate. What you havehere is the liquid equivalent of someold school classic punk rock poetry. We took the path less traveled 25years ago, and it could be accuratelyargued we were a bit noisy in ouradventures co-pioneering the WestCoast style IPA. People heard thatnoise and joined us in the hoppy moshpit, and the path has gotten evenmore lively since then. We basedthis recipe on the classics, withcitrusy-piney Centennial, Chinookand Columbus hops, plus a dash of'new classic' Citra for good measure.Big yet refreshing, bold yet nuanced.Undeniably LOUD. Just as we like it.
