A blend of barrel-aged sour Blonde Ales were refermented on Raspberry Jewel Apricots for many months. Bursting acidity is matched by a bright Apricot flesh and hints of red fruit. Floral and vanilla notes from the oak brings smoothness to help provide balance, while the high carbonation cleans the palate and readies for another sip.
