Dialogues

Описание

Dialogues is a spontaneously fermented grape-forward ale blended in collaboration with Logsdon. Composed with our friend Shilpi, from Cognac, Pineau des Charentes, and Grenache puncheons containing various spontaneous base beers refermented with late harvest Vidal Blanc grape juice, Chambourcin grape must, and Petite Syrah & Cabernet Franc pomace.
