Cheers to a CHERRY on the top.Wild fermented cider made from garden apples from Fyn 2019.In the summer 2020 sour cherries (Stevnskirsebær) from Frederiksdal Cherrywine were hand crushed and added for a second fermentation on the skins.Bottled in the autumn 2020.
