Brewed with all NY STATE grains and 100% Spontaneously fermented using our Coolship to capture the local microflora, this beer is complex with supporting aromas of aged whole leaf hops. The 2022: Strawberry blend showcases the best barrels from our 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 brewing seasons, conditioned upon NY STATE grown Strawberries.
