Captain Springs Imperial Stout 2022 - Rye Barrel Aged (5 Weeks)

This is a single keg taken from a single Laws Whiskey Rye Barrel. Unfortunately one of the heads of the barrel leaked and we lost at least 10% of the barrel. We figured while we were topping it off we might take a sample. We tasted and and decided a few other people would like a taste too, because it is really good. Named after local road Captain Springs Road. This is our first double mash in the Braumeister 500. What an impressive gravity we got. Looking forward to cracking the whole barrel in the future.
