Our Barrels are stored in the Basement of the brewing barnhouse of the HillDevils located in the Wouwse Plantage, Holland. Every barrel has it's own unique characteristic flavours wich melt with the beer. We Aged an Russian Imperial Stout in the Wild Turky Bourbon Whiskey Barrel for a period of 12 Months. The used Barrel contained a wild yeast, wich appears in this beer.
