This beer is our spin on a Dallas by Peticolas Brewing Co. It’s soft, aromatic and bold. It has some majorly citrusy notes while keeping some traditional pine and herbal aromatics and finish. The beer is especially Columbus-forward, giving it a more bitter kick than our typical hazies. We taste grapefruit, orange flesh, sweet clove, vanilla bean and lemongrass. Each sip leaves you wanting more. Thrilled to have whipped this up with the Dallas greats!
