Coastal Twilight

IPA brewed with Pilsner malt with malted wheat, flaked wheat, and light German crystal malt. We then hopped it with flex oil, Chinook, and Centennial in the kettle to provide some bitterness. And finally we dry-hopped with Cascade, Simcoe, Mosaic, Simcoe Cryo, and Citra Cryo for a nice balanced finish.
