No.40 is collaboration brew with our friends at Brew by Numbers. We previously made a beer with the second runnings of this Rye Wine, and launched as a prequel, in the form of a 2.6% table saison. This beer was reserved in casks for consumption in the winter months.Tasting Notes:Notes of rich honey and caramel with a touch of vanilla on the nose arefollowed by intense g and dark fruit, port-like character followed by a gentle spiciness from the rye on the palette.Ingredients:Water, barley, hops, rye & yeast.
