Coven

Описание

Coven is the result of all we’ve learnt brewing hop forward pale ales and IPAs all in the one package. A 5.8% pale ale double dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy and Idaho-7. Expect a highly drinkable pale ale that boasts both flavour and aroma of an IPA/IIPA. Notes of orange sherbet and starburst lollies sit on a soft, fuzzy palette. This is backed up by a malt bill and water profile that we have been experimenting with lately which provides enough structure and body to support the massive hop charge.
