As part of NZ hops Bract Brewing program we are lucky enough to get to play with some of the newest and freshest hop varieties that are still in development.As part of this, we got the chance to showcase one of our favourite varieties - NZH105.We chose to brew a Pacific PA, in order to provide the best platform for the lovely stonefruit and citrus flavours.This hop exhibits soft stonefruit, with tropical and citrus notes alongside.A medium body and dry finish with moderate bitterness make this a real easy-going beer.
