Nelson and Riwaka hops showcase bright flavors and aromas of kumquats, tangelo, gooseberry, candied peaches, and glazed pineapple. We used a new rad yeast strain from Berkeley Yeast on this batch. Ultra-biotransformation and thiol-driven precursors help enhance the aromatic and flavor experience.
