Calvados BA Flanders Red Aged on Smoked PlumsOriginally brewed in collaboration with our friends at Heist Brew Co, Crimson Fang is a palinka inspired barrel aged Flanders Red style beer, aged on Scottish plums.For this single barrel version, we took a portion of Crimson Fang and aged it in a fresh Calvados barrel for a further 6 months. To this barrel we added 40kg of locally grown Victoria plums of which about a quarter were smoked over wine staves.Bottle Conditioned.
