Inspired by a classic Baltic porter (itself a 19th century reinterpretation of a traditional British style), Zmrok packs a rich and complex malt character, delivering subtle notes of raisin, prune and caramel. Restrained hops and medium high carbonation place this in the delicious intersection between a classic brown porter and a schwarzbier.
