Aged in a 1792 Bourbon barrel for 30 months. We then conditioned it on toasted hazelnuts, chocolate-roasted coffee and cacao nibs.There are ever-changing flavors of bold, dark chocolate fudge, vanilla bean, warm oaky barrel and light notes of cinnamon. There is a slight heat and rich spiced notes coming from the 1792 Bourbon barrel. The beer has a perfect balance of sweet decadence to strong bitterness, along with a gentle, soft nutty ribbon in an espresso base.
