A fresh and exciting collaboration with our Minnesota based friends at Fair State Brewing Co-Op. Art & Ag showcases our mutually selected lot of our absolutely incredible 2020 Mosaic Hops. We then elevated this brew with liberal additions Nelson Sauvin and Idaho 7 hops draped on a bed of oats, spelt and wheat. Expect massive notes of dank papaya, tart blueberry and Valencia orange.
