ZEAL has the base of the Double Barrel-Aged Lambda 2022 what is our Fourth beer in the annual Lambda series. [lam-duh ] noun The wavelength (symbol: Λ, λ) of a periodic phenomenon is the length of a wave.This year a blend of 3 different recipes, aged for 18 months on Heaven Hill, Weller barrels & Woodford reserve and Finally aged on an other Weller Barrel for 16 months.For ZEAL we used a high high high quality coffee from our friends of Friedhats Coffee Roasters named "Colombia la Maria Gesha Natural" with a dose of cacao nibs from Peru and Vanilla from Indonesia.
