A bit of a hybrid - Ho'Bo is a cask lager brewed at ale temperatures and with ale malts, fermented with an authentic Bohemian lager yeast.We've thrown in a whole lotta Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand to give it zing of tropical fruit flavours. A true mash up of styles!
