Rascal

Описание

Meet Rascal, the deceptive beast that's packing way more punch than you might expect. Cold IPA? Controversial? Maybe. But dig deeper, and you'll find it’s all about killer drinkability and hop-forward character. We built Rascal on a super light foundation of maize and lager malt, delivering an assertive bitterness that hits like a classic WCIPA. The real magic? That explosive hop aroma. We've dialled it up with Citra, Superdelic, and Kohia Nelson hop Keif, giving Rascal its unmistakable zing. Fermented with aroma-boosting nutrients and a clean lager yeast at high temps, Rascal is loaded with esters that’ll blow your mind. This isn't just another beer—it's a full-on sensory experience.
