This 14% Imperial Stout was aged in a bourbon barrel for 2 years, and conditioned on pecans, dark chocolate, and Comoros vanilla. You'll be enveloped in its depth like a total eclipse with the dark richness of flavor. It's dense with flavors of chocolate-covered caramel layered with smooth vanilla and pecans on the finish. The oak from the barrel and warmth of the bourbon shine around it like a ring of fire.
