Sherry cask aged raspberry stout - 10.1%Mixed ferm chocolate stout aged for 13+months in a single sherry cask. Secondary fermentation with unique sherry flor. Then aged on an insane amount of raspberries. Mix of ridiculous fermentation complexity with tart raspberry rounding it off.
