Inspired by springtime and the sunny days ahead, we chased down some of our favourite parts of a Witbeer and a citrusy IPA and came up with this! Part Witbeer due to Curacao peel, Belgian witbneer yeast and a healthy dose of wheat meanwhile totally IPA with its hefty bitterness and citrusy character.Best served slightly warm. Enjoy!
