This cider was aged on red and golden plums, blended with 7% Riesling and aged for a couple months on Riesling skins.We’ve never worked with red plums before and they’re really interesting aromatically and texturally. This blend has a mushroomy/umami thing going on with all the bright fruity aromas you would expect from 250g/L fruit additions. Party time!
