As mentioned in the renewal information, we're changing the pick up exclusive blend idea to just having a blend available at the Barrel Cellar that is exclusive to EF. The first blend we're doing is the sister beer to Saison à l'Épeautre et Apricot. It's the same idea but without the Funky Blender added, the base beer is pure spelt farmhouse. The spelt contribution comes through strong on this, with a great body and moderate acidity. The apricots were fermented in a neutral oak barrel as well, about 2 pounds per gallon of fruit used.
