Double Barrel-Aged Pale Sour Ale finished in a PX Sherry CaskBottle Release 11/9/24 - $16/500mL BottleAfter more than a year of souring in well-used wine barrels, we blended two barrels of our pale sour base into a Spanish PX Sherry cask. Another 11 months contributed vinous notes of almond, oak, apple, and leather, to the already complex lemony-funk of our house culture! Named after Alcázar de Jerez de la Frontera, a 11th century fortress in the region where Sherry has been produced for nearly as long!
