It's Not You, It's Mead (Cherry)

This semi-sweet mead was made with Belgian chocolate and cherries and aged in bourbon barrel that Revolution Brewing used to age an Imperial Stout. This mead features strong chocolate and cherries on the nose. The taste opens with cherries and quickly transitions to cocoa powder, fudge and dry stout. Long chocolate finish that is relatively dry.
