This beer is made up of small amounts of numerous brews going back to early 2015. In April of 2017 we transferred this beer into a second use bourbon barrel with 20# of foraged wild mountain huckleberries and, after bottling, set the beer aside for a good friend’s wedding (on February 3rd, hence the name). Well, not all of it. We have a scant amount available to sell, and believe me, this is a beer you want to have. Outstanding fruit character from the huckleberries with a slight contribution from the bourbon barrels marry with our house character in the way we hope all of our beer experiments end up. 96 bottles produced.
