Holding hostage bland and innocuous middies, we’ve dialled up the hop load to nuclear, regardless of the ransom.Amarillo, Nelson and Mosaic Cryo in a DDH craze, loaded with Pale, Golden Naked Oats and Wheat. It’s a hazy little fella, with mango, peach, lime citrus and gooseberry in abundance. The soft wheat and treacle mid palate keeps it lush and full, drinking bigger than the label. Don’t write off the underdog.
