Brewed with:Chocolate, caramel and smoked malts12 litres of dark maple syrup3kg of smoked bacon24 pancakesLactose2L of Bourbon Vanilla ExtractA dash of Sea SaltWe boiled this beer for 3 hours to give it an extra thick, smooth mouthfeel and filled it with a load of maple syrup, vanilla, lactose and real bacon. It’s a sweet, smokey, syrupy dessert stout.
