Cold IPAs are cleaner, crisper IPAs that put the spotlight on hops through a controlled fermentation and a straight forward malt bill. A light body that balances bitterness with a crisp finish. In this version of Ice Cold IPA we used Idaho 7, Amarillo, El Dorado, and Talus hops for a refreshingly piney finish with a burst of orange zest and stone fruit.
