A blend of imperial stouts aged for two years in Blanton's bourbon barrels. This blend is a mix of the first two Void stouts brewed just over two years ago. The first and second batch of stout were similar, but different enough that I felt there was a benefit to blending. The first Void release was a single Blanton's barrel of b1 stout, which I released when it was just under one year in barrels. This blend is very similar to what that beer would have been like if it had aged for a further year, just with a bit of b2 stout rounding out the flavour profile.
