Doug Finke was the collaborator on our line of chili beers. Finke Fire is the tribute to him and his contribution. Finke Fire has some heat to it but nothing like Nebraska summers! The chili used in Finke Fire is Habanero. You’ll still get the Octoberfest lager front-end but it has a back heat that builds as you sip. And sip-on I say. And so does Finke!
