We brewed this gloriously crisp lager w/Weyermann malts, including floor malted Bohemian Pilsner, Munich & Melanoiden, and hoped w/experimental Hop 04190, which is essentially a cross between Fuggle & Cascade. The resulting beer is a ridiculously clean & refreshing golden hued beauty with a restrained bitterness, bold earthiness, and a lingering citrus finish. It’s like watching a beautiful summer sunset in your mouth.
