A collaboration with our friends from Pub Brewskey for our fifth anniversary.We built a big ol DIPA base beer and then dry hopped it with Brewskeys selected Citra and Idaho 7 hops. Delightfully citric, with notes ruby red grapefruit, orange, melon and papaya.
