In honor of this magnificent creature we gathered some ingredients from its homeland of South America and brewed up an equally special Porter. Brewed with some of our favorite dark malts and conditioned on pureed bananas and macadamia nuts, the Hyacinth Macaw brings outsized notes of maple sap, cedar, sweet nuts, bananas foster, pie crust and a deep malt richness.
