Aspiring Beam of LightFruit Sour – 5,0%Our fellow friends (and aliens) from @elmeleven visited us last March for a fruit-filled tap takeover. We probed the outermost regions of the tropics from our interstellar wort laboratory and concocted a bright sour dosed with 350 g. / L with mango, papaya, yuzu, banana purée that was finished with vanilla and sea salt.A lush beverage for the warmer days ahead.
